Frequently asked questions
Is there a cutoff date in order to get the upcoming box?
Yes! In order to get the upcoming box you must subscribe by the 20th of the month prior. For Example, to get the May box, you must subscribe by April 20th.
When will my box ship?
Boxes will ship out between the 20th and 25th each month, sometimes sooner. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
How will I be billed?
When you place your order, you’ll be charged for your first box right away. After that, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! While we’ll definitely miss you, we understand that life happens 💕
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at girlopenyourbible.com and selecting “cancel.”
Please note: we are able to skip or pause subscriptions.
If your payment has already been processed for the upcoming shipment, your cancellation will apply to the following month.
To avoid being charged for the next box, please make sure to cancel before your billing date.
Can I return my box or get a refund?
Any box that has already been billed is not refundable or returnable. However, we will do our best to accomodate our subscribers any way we can.
